Introduction At Bailey’s Fabric & Supply, we are committed to delivering your orders accurately, in good condition, and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipping of products purchased from our website.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided during the checkout process. Shipping options include:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipping Methods We offer various shipping methods, including but not limited to USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The choice of carrier is determined by the destination and the size of the order.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping We currently do not ship outside the United States.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses Bailey’s Fabric & Supply ships to addresses within the U.S., including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Restrictions Certain items may not be eligible for expedited or overnight shipping due to size, weight, or regulatory restrictions. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Bailey’s Fabric & Supply is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damaged Items If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at info@baileysfabricandsupplies.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement if necessary.

Lost or Stolen Packages Bailey’s Fabric & Supply is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
