Introduction At Bailey’s Fabric & Supply, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.

Returns Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable Items Certain items are not eligible for returns. These include:

  • Custom-cut fabrics and materials
  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@baileysfabricandsupply.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send your item.
  3. Ship Your Item: Once you have received your RAN, securely package the item and ship it to the address provided. Ensure you include the RAN in the return shipment.

Refunds Inspection and Approval Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Refund Timeline The time it takes for your refund to be processed may vary based on your payment method and financial institution. Typically, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

Partial Refunds In some situations, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Exchanges If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@baileysfabricandsupplies.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Restocking Fee A restocking fee of 15% may apply to certain returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@baileysfabricandsupplies.com with details and pictures of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
